The "Ventania" (Gale) Panel, located at the Green Hall, is a creation of Athos Bulcão and was designed in tiles patterns.
The white and blue panel covers the wall which gives access to the Presidency of the Chamber of Deputies.
The work was created when the Green Hall needed to be extended by 15 meters. At that time, in place of the panel, walls of glass permitted the view of Plaza of the Three Powers.
