Wall panel in white marble and black granite

We can see a wall panel by Athos Bulcão occupying the entire expanse of the Black Hall´s back wall.

For those who observe it, each of the angles allows a different view, sometimes giving the impression of a relief, sometimes suggesting stairs.

In the middle, a crucifix marks the imaginary line that divides the physical spaces of the Federal Senate (on the left) from the Chamber of Deputies (on the right).
